Our founder, Allan Swan, has dedicated over 40 years to the practice of wills and estate planning, establishing a reputation grounded in expertise, integrity and a deep commitment to his clients.
In 2016, Allan founded Estate Planning Equation – Preventative Law, with a focus on helping individuals and families plan for the future and protect what matters most.
In 2026, the firm became Ho Swan Legal, honouring Allan’s contribution to the profession and the foundations he established.
The new name represents the next chapter of that legacy, while preserving the values and principles that have guided the firm from the beginning.
Today, Ho Swan Legal continues to provide sophisticated, considered estate planning advice, combining the depth of experience developed over decades with a contemporary approach to the needs of our clients.
